The Troll is in the August Previews.

Well, a friend from the good old US of A has Tweeted that The Troll (by Martin Flink) is in the August Previews ... we knew it would be but it's great to have it confirmed.

and perfectly timed (by Jeremy Briggs) there's a great review over at Down The Tubes.
Accent UK are at the Manchester MCM this weekend, so you'll be able to see how good it is for yourselves.

Accent UK are heading to Warrington Market on the 16th May...

for their first Comic Con style event.

February Update.

Lots going on at Accent UK.
We're starting to confirm convention dates, see the growing list on the right, and also starting to get a good number of favourable reviews, which you can link to from www.strangestoftimes.blogspot.co.uk.
Also, plenty of comics are in various states of progress, from Colin's great Zulu collected edition (which is being coloured by Matt Soffe), WesterNoir #6 and Tales of WesterNoir #2, Stephenson's Robot #2 and Strange Times Book 2 9which is having some typos corrected) .. to name but a few :o)
All good stuff.

Zulu - The Water Cart Rescue... in colour.

This year will see Colin's great 2 issue Zulu - Water Cart Rescue collected as a Graphic Novel. And if this isn't great news on it's own, the collected edition is being coloured by the very talented Matt Soffe, who has coloured the covers for issues 2, 3 and 4 of our WesterNoir series, as well as the soon to be published Issue 5.

How cool is that.

AccentUK Thought Bubbles on Thought Bubble.

Well the Accent UK reports on Thought Bubble 14 are now up on the creator's blogs.
Pop over see what Colin, Gary and I thought about our last Convention of 2014.
Now we'll have to work out our schedule for 2015... we'll trade Helsinki for Copenhagen, so we can catch up with some old friends but will alternate and get back to Helsinki in 2016, apart from that and two Conventions already contacted, we've a lot of planning to do.

Accent UK have a table at next weekend's Thought Bubble event in Leeds... and this year our table neighbour is none other than Andy Bloor, co-creator of The Wolfmen and the bloke who designs our books, with his new self published Midnight Man. I can't wait to get a copy of that book.
